I always come back to eat in this place ; food is tasty and tipical italian , the wine is high quality ( we drank Barbaresco) atmosphere is cozy and you are few meters far away from the bund
A must visit place every time I’m in Shanghai. First tried this restaurant in 2018 and also in 2023. I’m amazed by excellent service and introduction to their food. 👍👍👍
Had frequented this restaurant several times and was very disappointed with the service and lack of attentiveness this last time. Very slow and meal was fine but not worth going back to. They had two selections of wine by the glass on the menu and we asked if they might have some other option. They suggested a Barolo which was not inexpensive. I was not offered a taste and they poured me a glass. It was horrible but they refused to refund as the "manager" said the wine was fine. No apologies nothing. I will not return.
First time and last time I will be visiting this establishment. Manager or owner was very arrogant and rude to my family, When I complained about the service after waiting nearly 40 mins for drinks. A simple task and a simple request. He was always on his phone and did not really seam to want to help staff when they needed help or guidance.
