Room is clean and spacious. Toilet also have round bath tub. Toiletries provided. Service is excellent. One of the best that I experienced. Location is very convenience. The bar at 29 floor has beautiful view. The swimming pool and jacuzzi water is warm.
All 5 stars for this hotel! Special thanks to the team of Bob,Benjamin, Eric & Mandy for making our stay wonderful We were here for a Christmas getaway. So the location is truly a wonderful spot & the Christmas atmosphere is really full of vibe. We enjoyed the rooftop bar & Mandy always reserved a nice spot for us. We can enjoy the view of the bund & chill with great wines & champagne. The burger was very nice too. The room is amazing with a view towards the bund Food in shanghai is outstanding, Michelin stars, yet we don’t have to pay the price like in Singapore. We need to thank Benjamin for his recommendations & bookings. Some of these restaurants are hard to book, but he planned it out so we can enjoy all of them Thank You Bob. Fantastic team you have. We were considering W for the next return. But your team has convinced us to come back. Thank You Eric for your help & recognising us as guests & always ready to help The trip was already fantastic with food & shopping. But the people of Edition made it memorable for 2024 to end in a great way.
