Guangzhou, the city famous for good food. We visited the very very famed panxi restaurant 畔溪酒家。in general all food we ordered are above average, prices lower than we used to in hk. Very spacious, not crowded even on a fine Saturday lunch time. Very enjoyable meal and a nice place to have guang Dong dim sum and enjoy the view.
Top of the top Canton-cuisine restaurant in Guangzhou! It is a restaurant in a huge Chinese garden behind the lake. Dish is yummy with a decent size. Price is very reasonable. High recommended to those who really love a taste of genuine Cantonese dishes 👍👍👍❤️
Without much doubt, Panxi is the most renowned Cantonese restaurant in Guangzhou. The icon of the Guangdong city, it is an attraction in itself. The vast landscaped restaurant, with lavish traditional design, is an impressive sight. Menu includes a variety of Cantonese dishes. Food may not be the best but comes solid. Service is warm and price reasonable. Do give a try when in Guangzhou.
Cantonese Morning Tea experience with family friends. I recommend allowing others to order for you. Wonderful experience to be hosted and educated about the customs and culture of food. I experienced this place twice. Once with no real guide and once with a family friend who shepherded us through the experience. With a good guide, it is definitely worth it.
