It's quite popular, so be prepared for a crowd, but the service is impressively quick. While the efficiency is commendable, I found the waitstaff to be a bit brusque, particularly with foreigners who might be uncertain about their menu choices. A little more patience would go a long way in enhancing the dining experience. I enjoyed the fried rice with shrimp and fish, with the fish being the standout dish. For starters, we tried the hummus, a delicious red pepper and dried tomato paste, and an olive paste served with warm bread—all delightful! One note: the restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol, and during peak times, they don’t offer tea or coffee, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, Sultan is a great spot for tasty Turkish cuisine, but it could improve in terms of service and beverage options during busy times.

Tried it twice during 5 days. Excellent Turkish restaurant offering delicious food . We tried variety of dishes and all were just perfect . I regret that I missed taking photos to be added to my review. We tried two other Turkish restaurants but Sultan is surely the best .
We had dinner twice during our trip to Guangzhou. Luckily we went early both times (5:30pm and 6:30pm) as this gets packed later in the evening. The food is standard Turkish fare. We tried mixed starter with lavash and Turkish bread, mix grill kabab, pizza type bread, Turkish pudding, baklava and kunaffa. All the dishes were good. They make you wait 20 min for the kunaffa which I didn't find that great. Overall a nice place for dinner if you like Turkish food.
