The service at this hotel is one of the best in the world. I wanted to give a special thanks to Rocky and Madix for all of their help with the bags, Freya for exceptional hospitality at the front desk and Lynn's service in the buffet area.
I can rate the Churchill Bar only as we did not sleep in the Ritz Carlton but visited the Bar twice. After 6 years out of Guangzhou, we spent two evenings in this wonderful bar again during the Golden Week. Nothing has changed since 2018, the same ambiance, the same good service and the same good cocktails. Thank you very much for not changing anything on this success-formula. The only thing for critic would be the much higher cigar prices than 6 years ago. The rest is reasonable and really worth to pay a visit. I would like to mention that the Churchill bar has still outstanding live entertainment. The service team changed naturally but is still very professional and helpful. A place, I shall return with pleasure!
Dear Limoni Team , I had the pleasure of visiting your restaurant today night, and while the experience was not entirely negative, I did have a few concerns that I wanted to bring to your attention. Firstly, the service provided by your staff was subpar. They seemed to lack the proper training and were inflexible when it came to accommodating to the customer's needs. This made for a less enjoyable dining experience and I felt that the staff could have been more attentive and accommodating. Secondly, the main dish was quite small and did not live up to expectations. I was left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry after finishing the dish. I understand that the restaurant industry has been affected by the current situation, but I still expect a high level of service for the price I paid. I believe that for the price level, the main dishes should be a bit more substantial and satisfying. On the bright side, the starter was delicious and I was impressed by the flavors and presentation. I would recommend it to others. I hope that my feedback is useful for you, and I would appreciate if you could take the necessary steps to improve the service, food quality and customer satisfaction. I would like to come back to your restaurant in the future, and I hope that my next experience will be a positive one. Sincerely, Chris G.
I was there for lunch with couple of friends, my friends were first time to Limoni. All of us was very impressed by food and service. It’s barely to find such a great Italian restaurant in Guangzhou, but Limoni is in our must go List. I had a five course lunch set, the food quality is super. Besides, i just enjoyed the environment in Ritz, each staff treat you as friend. I definitely will go back and also I will bring more friends to Limoni. Special thanks to Limoni Manager Ben, he is very professional and helpful.
