Just had the most disappointing experience at Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill. 😔 1. The food was terrible—overpowering smell on the foie gras and the risotto was inedible. We couldn’t finish a single dish. 2. The service was a disaster. Our server was inattentive, unfriendly, and unprofessional. 3. To make things worse, the server tried to snatch my friend’s phone to force a 5-star review and take photos of our dishes. Absolutely disrespectful! 4. The head chef asked for feedback but didn’t seem to care about our concerns at all. 5. Overall, the food and service didn’t come close to meeting Michelin standards. Very disappointing for a place with such a reputation. I’ve been to many 5-star restaurants, but this was by far the worst experience. I won’t be back. #HemispheresGrill #MichelinDisappointment #TerribleExperience
I ate here 4 nights in a row in order to use up my dining credits that were only issued on a daily basis. To be honest the steak and the lamb chop was nothing to shout about - a little too tough and probably not worth the price. On Thursday I had the Michelin seafood menu though, which was quite tasty though a little pricey. They always serve a small amuse bouche as well as complimentary small piece of dessert at the end, which was very much appreciated. Bread at the start was warm and tasty too. Service was extremely prompt and very friendly.
The food is okay but the service is awful. The waitress need to be trained more properly, they seems very confusing of their own job and didn’t understand our request. The most terrible thing is when they asked my friend for a good review in TripAdvisor and when my friend said she will do it later, they said they can write it for her and even asked her to give them her phone. What kind of 5-stars service is that???
I here with my family tonight the chef is so friendly, the food is amazing to, west lake view is beautiful, everything is great,
