EXPECTED MORE 😕 We were around this area and saw that this place is open so we gave it a go. Prior to this, we just had Met Vietnamese Restaurant & Vegetarian so our expectations are pretty high. Despite having only 1 table before us, the food was very slow. Everything was decent but not a “wow, I’m really glad we came here”. If there’s 1 dish I can recommend, it would be the Beef Pho.
The place was ok to find via google maps. I liked that they were responsive via email about my same day reservation that I booked a few hours before the time I asked for. Since they were not busy, I was able to get one. As we were seated, the ambience was nice and the servers were nice but a little too slow. They gave us the menu but didn’t tell us which ones are not available until a few minutes after we ordered. As our food got served, they explained what it was and how to eat it and the presentation on some of the foods were exquisite. The tastes were delish and for the price it was worth especially for being a Michelin. I think the flavors could have been elevated more but overall it was not bad. They accept credit cards as well.
