This was probably one of the places we loved to be at, the most. The restaurant is so private and quiet and cozy. The decoration is wonderful, made in good taste. I cannot begin to tell you how great the service was, such great people that when the restaurant closed, we stayed a little longer at the bar talking to them and laughing. And by "a little longer" i mean 2 hours. That's how much we enjoyed everything. This restaurant is located in the hotel Epoque, wich makes it even better because it's far from the noise and the chaos even if it's located downtown. The wine list it's impressive, they have wines for all taste and preference, from decent to expensive.I have a weakness for the whole process of choosing the wine, so i appreciated very much when the waiter took us to the other room where they had all the bottles beautifully arranged in refrigerators. The food was good, we chose the tasting menu, some dishes were better than others but i think it can be improved. The presentation was also very detailed and the waiter told us the story of every dish.Overall we enjoyed ithe dinner. We will definetely come back, especially for the vibe of this place wich is like an oasis of peace in the chaos of the city.Next time we want to try a la carte menu. We recommend this place 100% and if anybody reads this, we would like to thank them for the beautiful experience that we had.
It was a mixed experience... The restaurant interior is very beautiful and welcoming for a meal. The ambiance is truly enchanting and makes for a memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, the food did not quite match the beauty of the place. The menu offers a variety of dishes that sound appealing, but the execution was just average. While everything was adequately prepared and presented, there was nothing particularly noteworthy about the flavors or creativity. It’s a place where the cuisine doesn’t leave a lasting impression. The staff was polite and efficient, but we could hear the persons from the kitchen/hall that did not use the most elevated vocabulary, and it was in contrast with the server warmth and attentiveness. It's worth trying once, but don’t set your expectations too high regarding the food.
Inside the Epoque hotel this restaurant is amazing, is very formal and not very charm but the food is excellent, it has small menu but everything is tasty and original flavors, it definitely deserves Michelin star! The service was very good but the prices were high. Don’t miss the dessert we tried all of them and were espectacular!
Do not believe the reviews! The food was terrible. They don't have a culture of service. Restaurant dedicate to tourists
