Now for me sharing is the third time i wait my order after 2 mistakes first one they didn't follow the order with the adding and removing ingredients second time i waited another 1hr because they forgot the second sandwich.. not recommend delivery ☺️
The food is very good for a fast food restaurant and the quality is good. Major issue is with timing and service. My order took up to 20 minutes for a Taouk sandwich. Issue needs to be resolved
One of the worst experiences ever in Batroun branch. I do not say this, but they made me wait 30 minutes at least for a sandwich while they were rapping more than 20 sandwiches for a group of people who came later and directly sat down without waiting. The place was not crowded at all. No one bothered to appologize or justify the delay. They should priortize walk in customers and not delivery customers. Very unprofessional.
The food is good but the staff are super slow more than they should be. This is not okay as we go there in our break time which makes it hard for us to be back on time. I hope the managers address this issue with their staff.
