Urbanista is a cozy spot that attracts a diverse crowd—business professionals, students, and remote workers alike. The ambiance is welcoming, making it an ideal place to work, study, or just relax. The staff are consistently friendly and make you feel right at home. My only concern is that not all the items listed on the menu are available, which can be a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a great place, but it would be even better with a fully stocked menu.
Excellent place for meetings and studying. Their environment allows you to stay for hours and hours in front of your laptop. You can have a drink or eat. Took the caramel mocha drink and tasted great. Friendly staff. Recommended.
This comment is meant for Urbanista ABC that was not found among the rest of the Urbanista names. For those of you who did not visit and experienced Urbanista Cafe you really have missed a lot. A very intellectual like cafe where clients are occupying all seats with Laptops having their favorite coffee, tea or other beverage. The atmosphere is very charming and the service by our waiters Karim and Peter is just excellent. A must visit when you are at ABC Achrafieh mall.
Just read a review by makram r, he could've just have written for me: MOST INHOSPITABLE PLACE ON EARTH. waitress not motivated at all, no smiles, dragged her feet all along, almost threw the latte on the table... we waited 40minutes for a labne platter, a salad and a quesadilla. Salad arrived first, labne last after another 7minutes!!! How difficult would it be to make a labne platter... food was bland, with poor ingredients. Our neighbors omelette smelled so bad we almost left. Quesadilla was tasteless and when asked how many times the elastic bread baguette had been microwaved (sic) the waiter said without wavering: only once! Then he returned to his game on his phone... We never waited for desserts... AVOID THIS PLACE
