Located in the vibrant heart of Tokyo's Shinjuku district, Craft Beer Factory Shinjuku Ale is a must-visit spot for both locals and tourists alike. This lively establishment offers a welcoming ambiance with friendly staff, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Patrons rave about the unique craft beer selection, particularly the Shinjuku Ale, which is praised for its smoothness and refreshing citrusy notes. Alongside the drinks, the venue also hosts fun activities like ramen-making classes and karaoke sessions that add to its charm. This is where all the tourists go to drink a beer (probably the yuzu one) and look on their phone to plan the rest of their adventure. The staff is very friendly and it looks like a cool place to go hang out. A 1500 yen beer is a little steep by comparison to a 500 yen sake, but people will drink what they're familiar with. I am slightly snobby about beer because I live in Colorado, which has some of the best micro breweries in the world. I did not have a meal here - just a beer passing by.
Staff is really friendly and the beer is good but this is definitely a tourist trap. Beers are priced like in the states and they play American music. It is nice if you want to meet some other English speakers.
Shinjuku Ale from Craft Beer Factory is one of my favorite finds in Tokyo. It’s an amber ale that’s super easy to drink—smooth with just the right amount of hops and a little sweetness. There’s a light citrusy kick that makes it really refreshing without being overpowering. Honestly, it’s the kind of beer that works for any vibe, whether you’re chilling with friends or having it with dinner. Plus, it’s brewed right in Shinjuku, which makes it feel extra special. If you’re into craft beer, you’ve got to give this one a try—you won’t regret it!
Awesome place to get craft beer! Great vibe and good beer, place to relax and even get food. Really good selection of alcohol and beer flights.
