I was staying in Ohana Tokyo House during 2.4-21.4 and i enjoyed my stay there a lot. The place had everything you needed and there were bus and train stations close enough so going into other places like Shibuya or Akihabara wasn't going to be a problem. In my opinion it's located in a very good spot and the area is pretty calm and silent at night. The host was kind and helped if I needed anything. I would stay there another time too!

A bit far from the station and expect multiple transfers if you want to go out to Tokyo often. The rooms are quite nice with good temperature control just a little cramped with alot of bags. A lovely area that gives you a real sense of what the local areas are like in Tokyo.

Breakfast was a huge letdown, especially for the $300 price tag for three adults, including tax and tip. For that kind of money, we expected a lot more than bacon, eggs, and waffles—especially when the waffles were freezing cold. The family-style portions were a joke. There was way too much cheap sausage that no one wanted to eat, and barely any eggs or potatoes. The potatoes we did get were so over-salted we could hardly eat them, and the whole meal left us feeling incredibly dehydrated. To make matters worse, getting our drinks refilled was nearly impossible because they seemed severely understaffed. Disney has raised their prices but cut corners on staffing and service—there aren’t even bussers anymore. Unfortunately, the customer service and food quality in many Disney restaurants, including ‘Ohana, have really gone downhill. For $300, you’d expect a much better experience than this. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

My family and I have been going to Ohana for years and it is sad to see that the food has drastically changed once again, and not for the better. We ate there in February of 2024 and loved it, so we were excited to see a dinner reservation open in December, and jumped at the chance to go. Unfortunately, our experience this time around did not measure up and we were very disappointed with the food. The chicken was bland as was the shrimp . The noodles and vegetables were actually our favorite this visit. The dumplings, a past favorite of ours , were tough, cold, and came without any sauce to support the flavor. At most, this meal should have cost no more than $30 each and I cannot recommend the restaurant or justify paying the outrageous price for such a mediocre meal. I am hopeful that just as they have done in the past, they will adjust the quality of the menu/taste and temperature of the food or change chefs based on the recently posted negative reviews, which seem to outweigh the positives, and return Ohana to a must do when visiting the Disney World Resort. This change in the food could also explain why we were able to secure a reservation in December We have no plans to return for a while but are hopeful the powers that be read this and act so we can once again enjoy our favorite Disney restaurant.
