We absolutely love Eureka! There are a lot of sake options, and the food was amazing! You will definitely want to make a reservation and try this place! We can't wait to visit again on our next Japan trip! ありがとう!!
We had the omakase chefs choice or you can individually order. My favorite was the mochi Lamb and the skewers. The place is small like a lot of places in Tokyo but the service was great and the sake was a great pairing with the food. Must try.
Had an unbelievable experience at Eureka 89 last night with my girlfriend for her birthday, the food and the service last night was excellent, after putting in a reservation to receive the nicest view possible, luckily we seemed to have been given that. I asked for specific staff members names last night to include in the review. Our host and waiter last night Callum was so professional, extremely friendly and clearly talked us through the menu. Food was 10/10, before leaving we sat at the bar talking to one of the bartenders Fred who was in charge of making our cocktails, he was absolutely lovely. An unbelievable end to my partners birthday, couldn’t have asked for a better experience, a lot of it being down to the service.
I have already put a review on Google and I pretty much never wrote reviews but I do read them. We are luck enough to have visited most of the top restaurants in Victoria. This isn’t one of them. We were there for my 40th and the most reliable thing all night was the flaking red water jug. Courses were small and bland and don’t waste your money on the wine pairings-small in volume which would be fine if there was any thought put into actually pairing them with the dishes. The view was the saving grace.
