This is by far the best burger i have ever had. Took the basic wagyu hamburger. it was perfect. the brioche bread was fluffy inside and crispy outside, did not become saggy with time. perfect blend of ingredients, fresh crisp lettuce, diced onions and flavourful tomato, season were on par, with coarse pepper and salt. I had it with beer and truffle fried. I have never chewed my food so much to keep enjoying the blend of flavours.
Make sure they understand what you are ordering. Burger was good but the service was horrible, which ruined the whole experience. The guy seemed new (I don't think it's his fault). The lady (maybe having a bad day?) Was rude. The guy ringed in our order, we found out when we got the bill, he charged my bro with the most expensive beef (which doubled the price). The lady just said "sorry" without a care. We tried to split the bill, she refused to give change, then rushed us to pay and figure it out later. No care for your customers, there were 5 of us, we were respectful, no need to treat us like that.
I was recommended this burger spot so had to try. I ordered the Kobe mushroom burger and my husband ordered the wagyu cheese burger. We also ordered fries, onion rings and fried cheese to share. The onion rings were really, fried cheese not so much and fries were fries. Unfortunately, I found the burger to be underwhelming and nothing special. The kobe upgrade was not worth it as it didn't taste any different from the wagyu.
Hands down the best burger I’ve had in my life!! Definitely must eat experience in Tokyo. Burger and fries were amazing, service was very kind and friendly. It’s a small place so make sure to reserve preferably but if you don’t (we did not) you can still manage to get a spot!!
