We had a wonderful time here. Right from the beginning the team welcomed us and explained the whole tradition of Kaiseki and the producers they work with. The matching sake pairing was a great experience. We also appreciated the vegetarian course menu very much. All together it was a special evening in a pleasant atmosphere which felt like a private dinner.

It was a visually appealing meal with attentive chefs that walked us through not only the meal but the story of putting it together. A+
This was our 1st full day in Japam, and let’s just say the bar has been set very high. Chef Yuuki and his team go above and beyond with their dishes. These are not dishes you can replicate . All I can say is if you want a memorable experience for your vacation you must come here. They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions . Thank you chef Yuuki for a great evening.
The most amazing food and so beautifully prepared. Each course was presented and explained with great detail. I highly recommend the sake pairing as well. The flavours of the different sake complement the flavours very well. All in all one of the best fine dining experiences we have ever had.
