The Wagyu was incredible but everything else wasn’t that great. There was a single Wagyu course and the rest was primarily fish based. It’s not worth the ~$350 pp price point
Incredible quality of food and hospitality. Definitely worth a try.
Food was OK, but staffs had such rude manners. If you are looking for a place where you want to be comfortable and have nice service, this is not a place to go. We were a family of 6 and they separated us to have tables. After 5 minutes we were seated, other people left, so we asked a staff very politely if we can sit together. He said, "Do it quickly if you want, but we won't help you. You are just giving us an extra jobs."🤬🤬 Another staff came to take orders, but she wasn't available to have general conversations. I wanted to order a food a little later, but she said this was a last order. I said I would have it now then, but she said that was an out of order. Stupid 😡😡 My kid ordered a kid meal, but it was just a few noodles. The amount was for a baby. He, who was 7 years old, was starving after he finished his noodles in 3 minutes. Overall, it is overpriced. They complained that we didn't have a reservation, but how could we find it online if it doesn't show up even on Google maps?? This is such a small place. We found it by coincidence.
Had a great lunch here while in Ueno. Right outside the train station, good beer list. The tendon/udon special was delicious. Very happy with my visit and would come again!
