Takimitsu is blessed by the sushi gods. Best sushi in the world, literally. His uni selection was out of this galaxy amazing. He was very warm, and entertaining. Great vibes and we were blessed to have gotten a reservation. I have dined at the best sushi restaurants all over the world, and this in my mind is #1. I can't wait to go again!
Best sushi I had until now. It also seems that it's hard to get a reservation here. The place has 10 seats only (counter style). They serve a wide variety of sushi (including sea urchin, tuna, crab, shrimp, mackerel). Customer service is excellent, and they also have a fluent English speaker for customers who cannot speak Japanese.
When you have dinner , the experience is not only the food, but also the values, manners and atmosphere . The food is at the top level ! Fresh from the fish market of the day ... The chef is just amazing , humble great human being and amazing sense of harmony on how to serve the differents pieces A must ! Reserve long time on advance if you want a chance to get a seat (8-10 only)
