The restaurant is conveniently located near the metro stations and is very spacious with a pleasant atmosphere. The Motsunabe was delicious; we found the flavors of the beef offal to be rich, especially the fats, and it paired well with the miso soup. Overall, it was a very good dining experience, and we would definitely recommend it to those who want to try Motsunabe in Hakata.
"Yamanaka" is the birthplace of miso-flavored Motsu-nabe in FUKUOKA. 3 minutes walk from Akasaka Station! Luxury space like a high-class hotel. Available to choose from 3 kinds of Motsu- nabe taste, but please don't hesitate to choose the miso flavor. You won't regret it! Reservations are essential!
This place is Very good and reasonable. Many people don't like pork intestines but I do because they are cleaned so well and the Miso Broth is Outstanding.
在地人喜歡來的牛腸鍋店，看到有評語說是博多最好的牛腸鍋就來了。餐廳門面很像飯店，環境很不錯，牛腸鍋也是非常好吃，不過牛腸的份量有點少，感覺是想要客人加點才能吃更多。 A local’s pick for Motsunabe, the environment is very decent and the motsunabe is flavorful and tasty. We chose miso and the broth is garlicky, we like it! Would be perfect if there’s more beef intestines.
