Overall, it was a decent experience. The staff members were nice and very helpful. The starter felt heavy, so I couldn’t go for the main course. The dessert options were plentiful. They should have added more condiment options for the barbeques, and there were no cold drinks available—the only option was paid beverages. The non-veg options were good, but I really enjoyed the crispy corn. Will i visit again? ..... hmmm depends
The ambience is excellent. Staff is super friendly. Food is super tasty. The chicken tandoori is mind blowing. The chicken in starters is so juicy and tender. Fish is tasty and fresh. I loved the prawns. For veg lovers they do have mouth watering crispy corn and cajun potato which is altogether another level. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend to visit here. And lastly the desserts super amazing. The brownie was excellent. And other desserts were fresh and super yummy.
I've been here several times already, and I must say that it's one of the best places for buffet cuisine. Especially if you are fond of tandoor dishes, you should certainly visit this place since you may taste variety in only one buffet. The ambiance is casual and family-friendly. There are over 35+ items, including salads, appetisers, Live counters, main courses, and desserts. The restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including appetisers and main courses. All of the food items taste great. I like how they come and explain everything before starting the buffet. They were attentive, friendly, and prompt in catering to our needs. Some of their tandoori starters are so delicious that you can't stop at just a few of pieces, particularly the fish and prawns. The live grill on the table allows us to savour the dishes at their freshest. Their Biryani is yummy and very flavourful, even if you don’t eat the other dishes of main course, biryani is a must try. The buffet concept, coupled with the interactive grilling experience, makes it a unique and enjoyable dining option. Considering the quality and quantity of food, Barbeque Nation provides good value for money. Our overall experience was delightful. It's a perfect spot for family gatherings, celebrations, or even a casual night out with friends. The place has something for everyone. I left with satisfied taste buds and the intention to return for another round of delightful grilling soon
Food quality and service is very much deteriorated in all aspects. Barbeque Nation brought the boys cheaply from North East and they seems to be not properly oriented . The guy who served us lacks basic serving manners. He put triple layers of skewers over the fire grill one top of the other . Just tried to pour entire portion on the plate . He was not understanding what we intend to say though we properly explained him in Hindi. Hope the Chef is new or changed . He doesn't know to prepare stirr , fried vegetables and Garlic roti . We requested him to prepare thick and thin roti but it was thick and shapeless. Lemon soda was made from syrup, not real lemon . Most of the items were tasteless except Malai Kulfi . Pastry items were not good in taste . It's a waste of money here . Utter failure from in terms of hospitality and the quality of food served .Considering all these we requested for a discount but supervisor was not in a position to listen and trying to tell his own story which was not understandable.. His communication is too poor. Barbeque Nation try to cut cost in all aspects even with the quality of staff. Felt like had food in a cheap barbeque restaurant . It really lost it's charm. Staff lacks basic decency .Expectation failed . I don't recommend this to anyone who is quality oriented. .
