A special thanks to Concierge Jay, who took incredible care of our transportation needs with efficiency and a warm smile. He made every journey hassle-free, allowing us to focus solely on enjoying our trip. His professionalism and personal touch were truly exceptional and greatly appreciated. Another heartfelt shoutout goes to Deb in the kitchen. Her attention to detail and passion for crafting delicious, beautifully presented dishes were evident in every meal. From accommodating dietary preferences to ensuring every plate was perfect, Deb made dining at the Ritz an experience in itself. The entire Ritz-Carlton team exemplified hospitality at its finest, creating an atmosphere of luxury and comfort that went well beyond our expectations. Stayed here for 5 nights on a business trip! The staff is very attentive and professional and ensured a very comfortable stay. Luxury amenities in the room made the stay top notch. It would have been to nice to have a office space (table/chair) in the room but I am nit picking at this point. Breakfast spread is extensive and everything was very delicious.
Food was great. Many types of drinks for everyone to enjoy. The place has the view od the nile whihc is the most important ro me and its not a roof top.
We’ve been at Vivo for dinner and I ‘ve been positive surprise for thr se lecito. And quality of the food. Lovely athmosphere and weiters.
