Recently I visited here during weekend, here is my review: - Our visiting time was around 9:30 pm, no queue at all. We asked for table and they just assigned it quickly on roof arena. - Ambience was wonderful. Full marks to cleanliness also. - We ordered Mysore Masala Dosa & Plain Dosa @167/- & @90/- respectively. To be true, Mysore Masala Dosa was so tasty, but I don't like the taste of sambhar. First it lacks vegetable, second it was sweet. Although chutney was good and plain dosa was perfect, crispy and tasty. - Overall, taste was good as per the price. - Service was quick and cooperative. . Overall, I recommend this restaurant.
It is really good to see that as the restaurant still does not have heavy lighting as the rest of the restaurants are shops nearby, it is perfect and looks really nice somebody has still kept old traditions intact There are restaurants which offer better food or better options we would always prefer to go to Vaishali Love the concept of tea in a glass ☺️
Oldest South Indian Restaurant in Pune. The food is very good and it is always busy and you need to wait for your turn for atleast 15 minutes. Very popular with the students and locals living nearby. Reasonably priced.
Along with Goodluck Cafe only 300m away this joint is another must do in Pune. Arriving on a busy Saturday afternoon meant a wait time of 30 minutes to get a table. Not a big deal as once inside there is no pressure to be quick or hurry up and you can relax and enjoy some great South Indian inspired food. Excellent value with no crazy prices. The popularity of this joint among Puneians tells any visitor to Pune all they need to know.
