Le Plaisir: A Delightful Culinary Experience in Pune Located midway from Cantonment area, Le Plaisir proved to be the perfect spot for a meet-up with a friend from Aundh. The cafe exudes charm with its vibrant yellow interiors, lush greenery, and chic decor that creates a lively yet cozy ambiance. The added touch of artwork for sale on the walls makes it an engaging space to explore. After settling at a small table near the railing, we moved to a larger, more comfortable one to enjoy our meal. We ordered: • Avocado on Toast • Iceberg Chicken Salad with Kaffir Lime • Cottage Cheese Pesto Grilled Sandwich The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Dessert was the highlight of our meal—a Dark Chocolate and Orange Mousse and an Espresso Panna Cotta—both were absolute perfection. While the service was slightly slow due to the crowd, the warm atmosphere and delicious dishes made it well worth the wait. A heads-up: parking can be tricky as it’s roadside, especially on holidays. Le Plaisir is a must-visit for anyone seeking a lively atmosphere, great food, and a touch of artistic flair in Pune.
Had a very good time here. Visited this place after quite a long time yesterday. Was surprised to see more menu options this time and that too a lot of options. We Started with the garlic bread which was fresh bread with garlic paste coating on top and served with butter. Next we ordered for a cream of chicken soup and roasted tomato soup which turned out to be the best dish amongst all and the best cream of chicken soup I have had until now. Next we ordered for a herbed chicken supreme and a mushroom And spinach corn and cream cheese crepe. The chicken was good the sauce given with it was good. The crepe too was good and filling. The size of the crepe was good and the 1 dish would be more than enough for 1 person. We had a wonderful meal here and already planned our next visit again to explore more food items. The service was very good. The staff was quite helpful in selecting the right dishes and the cleanliness maintained was upto the mark. The ambience was very good and overall experience was great. Kudos to the team and the chef.
Highly recommended to try their different pizzas. Starters were very tasty. Service could have been a bit better. Reasonably priced. Need to wait between 15 minutes to 30 minutes on the weekends.
Experience was quite miserable. We clearly mentioned at the start that we need assorted veggies with pasta and even after waiting for long they share plain pasta. What is the use of noting the order in their ipad if they are not able to communicate among themselves. Also there is no separate garlic bread with pasta. You need to purchase separately.
