This place has good food. We tired a couple of their pizza and beverages. This cafe is taken inspiration from the character joey from friends. You’ll see some elements included in their ambience. The pizza were good. The ambience is also chill. All in a good place to hangout.
So I visited Joeys & was bowled over. Fab vibe & absolutely 10/10 cocktails! But the Ravioli & the Kerela style chicken had my heart! A simple garlic bread was so yum! And the desserts - blind fold & try any one , you’ll be in heaven! Of course the Joeys special pull up cake was the ultimate!
After the soup felt like i had licked the salt off 4 margueritas ,same with Bolognese main course inedible, last year inedible tenderloin steak with cheese and pea filling. Never again staff were polite and helpfull, big problem with the kitchen. Another designer menu without proper mentorship
So, being from Phoenix Arizona, makes me pretty picky about my pizza. And, in San Carlos, it's hard to find an America Pizza that doesn't have that white Mexican cheese:) Thankfully, Joey's has homemade crust (made fresh in front of you) and amazing cheese (could even be from Wisconsin it's SO good:)! This is a MUST try especially if you're in the mood to stay in one night and grab a pie or take it to the beach and watch the sunset. LOVED it. And the price? You won't believe it.
