This place is a must go for aesthetic aura and delicious cuisine. Don't judge the food by its quantity but the taste they serve is mouthwatering. I almost tried same pizza twice It was so good and the music at this place helps you groove. I've given a 4.5 I've reduced a half star for empty DJ panel and quantity can be worked upon. 🌸😊 I enjoyed a lot.
The place has a stylish ambiance, but the food quality doesn’t match the premium pricing. The drinks are average at best, making it more of a place for aesthetics than a memorable dining experience
The entrance to this place goes through a luxury brand outlet. An elevator takes you to the second floor but we took the stairs instead Strangely enough, even when not choc-a-bloc, you need to share your name and mobile number at the entrance desk after which you are guided to a table by the staff. We ordered a dahi puchka chaat that came with 6 underwhelming golgapa halves( inflation anyone?) with a mix of red and green chutneys and dahi. I suggest go for it if you are on a diet and want to donate 300 rs to the hospitality industry. Serving such chaat in the heart of Delhi is a travesty in itself. Famished, we moved in the hummus platter that had pickled mushrooms as the only vegetables with a few pickled cucumbers and pita bread. Disappointing to say the least. Sorry plating. Prepare to be thumped with a vintage halloweeny typewriter that holds the bill receipt once done. Welcome to the Addams family!
We had the worst experience at Farzi cafe on 6apr. We were a group of 12 people and overall service experience was pathetic. They were neither taking order nor serving the food efficiently, to top it they were not even serving water promptly and we have to bring water bottles from counter ourself. On complaining couple of times to the manager, there was no improvement. When we threatened that we will complain online and through hospitality channels, manager told us that it doesn't bother us as complaint will finally come to me only. It was a family dinner and I was extremely ashamed as my family couldn't have proper food. Finally, we left the food at the table and walked out after paying the bill and manager was not concerned at all shamelessly.
