It’s our usual outing food place , always quick to prepare orders . Have hygienic atmosphere all together, service can be improved further
I recently visited Haldiram in Pratap Nagar, Nagpur, for lunch, as I do every year, to enjoy their sarson ka saag and makki ki roti. While the food quality lived up to expectations, the service left much to be desired. I placed a repeat order for a single makki ki roti and waited patiently. After 15 minutes, I checked on the status of my order, only to be told by the staff that it would take more time. It eventually took 25 minutes for the roti to arrive, and that too after I had to argue with the staff to prioritize my request. This level of delay for a simple repeat order was disappointing. It seems Haldiram may be under new management, and while the food remains good, there is a clear need for improvement in hospitality and service training. A better customer service experience would certainly complement the quality of their food.
