Went for lunch at Quest Mall food is beyond excellent. Bar Menu is good too.But the big issues are maintenance. Once stepped in one gets transported to the bygone ages of India with food carrier kattles etc. Cockroaches on table is a big set back. I believe if bugs are on table God knows whats going on in the kitchen not to mention the serious health Hazzard it poses. I'm sure pest control can be done !! AC vents are almost falling off. This place is screaming for maintenance....Seating arrangements and atmosphere is awesome. Good place to hang out with family friends or couples Another put off is the "optional" 10% service charge which is imposed although one is paying GST. Anyone reading this review please go through the itemized bill for any such "optional" charges even after paying GST for any eateries.
Pleasantly surprised at how good this mall restaurant really is. There is an interesting variety of Indian food to order off the menu. The Cochin Chicken was truly outstanding, done just right. We ordered a Panch Phoran Fish that had its own distinct, delicate flavor. The Paraath Paneer was different and very tasty. The quantity was good enough for three, with food to spare. All this was topped by the visually appealing and not-to-miss Amritsari Kulfi. All in all, it was a very well spent afternoon over a delicious lunch. Bravo, Bombay Brasserie!
I visited here for a group dinner and the place had very few people. The ambience is good but service could be faster. We tried Rajputana Soola kebab which was juicy and good, Mutton Galauti kebab which was average and the ulta tawa paratha was a bit scented which was not liked by all, Thecha prawns and fish fry were good. In desserts their Bombay sandwich ice cream was good in taste. The drinks were also good.
Works possible staff behavior that I have seen in many years the staff is so unprofessional and untrained that you feel you are in a crap place. The basics of hospitality has not been taught to them and the way the deal with educated people is unthinkable. They are almost accusatory and the vibe of the place is kissed by them. My recommendation with be never go there and waste your time and money
