This branch of Arsalan is located at a stone throwing distance from Ruby hospital. The ambience is great here and it's very spacious. Staff are very co-operative and formal in approach. Tried mutton biriyani,paneer tikka. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. On table delivery was quite swift. The desert items tried were phirni and shahi tukda which had an awesome taste. Payment options included both cash and online mode. Even tips can be added when one pays in the online mode. Price was at par with the quality and amount of food. Overall, it was a great experience.
One Of the best and oldest brand for Kolkata Style Biryani is Arsalan. This branch is far better and spacious than Park Circus branch. Taste of foods are also awesome. Portion sizes are enough. We Tried Mutton Roast Kebab, Chicken Wings Kebab, Mutton Special Biriyani, Mutton Bhuna. All were outstanding and delicious..
Ordered chicken biryani and mutton biryani and firni. The pieces of chicken and mutton were good sizes with egg and potato. Excellent taste...not very oily or spicy.
The Food is great ..... We ordered for Mutton Special Biriyani and Chicken Chanp. After quite a long wait the waitress come and says that Chicken Chanp will take even more longer time. So we changed it to Mutton Chanp. This is quite unprofessional. But once the Food arrived, it was JUST AWESOME. Fantastic !!! Please improve the service ..... food - no questions asked.
