The food at Dhaba 1986 was great, with every dish offering an authentic taste. We enjoyed the North Indian flavors, which were spot-on and flavorful. However, the ambiance could use some improvement to enhance the dining experience. Despite that, it’s still a good place to visit if you’re looking for a true North Indian dining experience in Hyderabad. Overall, the quality of the food makes it worth recommending.
One of the finest places for best North Indian Food in Madhapur, Hitech city, Kondapur area. We ordered Dal Makhni, Subzi Patiala. Both are very tasty. Right amount of spice, not too much not too less. Dal Makhani has creamy texture. We ordered Laccha Parantha, Tandoori Roti. Service was very very fast. And waiters were kind and careful. They give complimentary Fryums at the start🤩. It was little expensive. Other than that all good. Must visit restaurant. Check for swiggy/ zomato dine in offers
Came for dine-in with my family, we really had a great time, the food, service provided by the staffs was excellent... 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Step into the world of a charming , native Dhaba as you walk into Dhaba Estd 1986. Right from the decor to the curated dishes, everything has a charm to it. The Manager Mr Praveen K Singh, staff Mr Suraj and the Chef Mr Thapa are all attentive to the needs of the customers. Located on the 2nd floor , on the "thindi street of East Bengaluru" aka 12th main, Indiranagar, the restaurant offers both Veg and Non-veg cuisines. There is a buffet option Mondays thru Fridays with Veg @ Rs 749 and Non veg @ Rs 799( all inclusive, as of 17th May 2024). With a seating capacity of 65 -70 pax, the restautant accepts Bulk orders, facilitating with delivery and 1 service staff. There is also a tie-up with food delivery companies. The dishes I loved were the Dhaba style Dal - which was a rich, aromatic Dal Makahni, Chilli Garlic Naan and the Thandai served in a big Kulhad. Lassi, starters like Palak Paneer ka Seekh, Veg Galouti, Laal Mirch ka Paneer Tikka and Dahi Kebab, Amritsari Chole, Bhindi Masala and a selection of Rotis/ Naans were enjoyed by my family. The cost was approximately Rs.5700 for 4 people. The restaurant offers a delightful surprise if you are celebrating a special occasion. Popular Bollywood songs add to the pleasant ambience. There are outlets at Marathahlli, Kondapur ( Hyderabad) and Chennai. The Area Manager Mr Nikhil Jagota for the Azure Hospitality ( which runs Sly Granny, Foxtrot and few more cafes/restaurants) was helpful in answering my queries.
