Great authentic Biriyani that is light on stomach and taste great. One of the historic place that runs since 1994. This place is next to Sandhya theatre at RTC cross road. Now they have occupied a building opposite to the main restaurant. Food is great but there is crazy rush during weekend and holidays. You may have to wait more than half an hour. Finding a parking space is tough too. The roof top seating space need renovation. It's not even painted since a decade. Despite all the chaos, you come out happy with a smile on your face because of good food
The restaurant is overrated and falls short of the hype. The biryani is average at best, with flavors that feel more generic than authentic. The meat can be dry, and the rice lacks the rich aroma you’d expect. The service is slow, and the staff doesn’t seem very attentive, especially during busy times. The ambiance is dull and doesn’t add to the experience. It’s okay for a one-time visit, but there are definitely better options in the city.
Dr. Rajesh I had a fantastic lunch at Bawarchi Restaurant, where I enjoyed a variety of flavorful dishes. The biryani was aromatic and perfectly spiced, with tender meat and perfectly cooked rice. The kebabs were juicy and succulent, grilled to perfection. The mutton curry was rich and flavorful, with the meat falling off the bone, while the chicken dish was equally delicious with a blend of spices that tantalized the taste buds. The overall experience was enhanced by the cozy ambiance and attentive service. Bawarchi is definitely a place to visit for anyone craving authentic, mouth-watering Indian cuisine. Highly recommended! Food preparation delicious 5/5 Staff service5/5 Heathy atmosphere 5/5
Very busy place to eat at, recommended by many, often have to share tables if you wish to have a quick meal. Clean and efficient and the food was ok but have tasted better biryanis else where.
