I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Charlotte, the food, the ambience and even the attitude of the staff was top notch. I want to write this review especially to appreciate how warm and considerate the staff were to all our requests, right until the end. The ambience was just right, lovely and laid back, and everything was in order even though they were still setting up the shop when we arrived. Needless to say, the food was absolutely yum.
I used to love their hot chocolate and always brag about it but recently I've been disappointed as it's too sweet. And there is no way to reduce the sugar, so I'm sad about it. The food otherwise is great !

If it’s not broken, don’t fix it! And for this restaurant it can’t be more precise. Initially was presented as Mexican Italian food, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The service was kind and alert and the prices were affordable. It was a unique menu that gave them a personality an positioning in the market; always wanting to come back. However, someone decided to change almost all the staff, almost all the menu and all the prices and now it’s certainly another restaurant with a boring menu and forgettable flavors… until you pay.
