CIBO House on Hitech City road, Hyderabad is a delightful place to be. The innovative menu is an eclectic mix of continental fare and is by far one of the tastiest buffets one can find in Hyderabad; high on flavours and true value for money. Our buffet started with a very refreshing coriander chicken soup. Each starter had its unique taste, which surely amazed us. The lemon & ginger prawns were succulent, Moroccan lamb were aromatic, while the Mexican chicken and green pepper fish were perfectly grilled. The vegetarian starters were equally interesting. The cheese filled mushrooms were decadent. The paneer (for the first time in Hyderabad) was as it should be; soft and not rubbery. The thin base pizza was crisp and the lasagna full of flavours. The main course spread was a continental affair and perfectly optimal. The Tres Leches, tarts, caramel pudding and the Belgian chocolate ice cream provided a perfect end to a highly satisfying dinner. Yes, the staff serve with a lot of alacrity.
Visited for Sunday lunch, hardly 3 more tables are occupied. Being an Italian cuisine , not much of crowd on weekend. So , had a pleasant experience. + Quality and taste of food is 5*️⃣ + Staff is polite and service also very good but slow as they have to prepare on table serving items. - same menu is repeated for everyday for lunch and dinner - Just one toilet with washbasin inside. If the restaurant is full, people will be waiting in queue. - only two icecream flavours and that too not tasty, bland tasting. Other deserts are good. - Parking is available in cellar but limited, will be full in rush hour as the building hosts multiple businesses. Note that this is Italian/ Mexican style cuisine and as such for people accustomed with southern spicy food , this may taste dull (and salty). But it is what it is and if you go with open mind , you can savour the various items without bias .

Starters were very tasty, especially the peri peri paneer and the cheesed mushrooms. Main course was good too. Rice with herbs was fantastic with the Greek vegetable stew. Loved the deserts as well. The staff were very polite and hospitable. Will definitely visit again.
