Everything was great 👍 We visited as our wedding anniversary dinner. It was really italian!! Not like pan Italian. We took 4 course set menu. It was very flexible and nice dinner. When we make reservation I mentioned about anniversary, they prepared delicious whole cake for us! It's perfect restaurant for your anniversary! We will definable back with for the other chance. If they have some affordable set lunch menu, I would be more frequently visit!!

I recently visited Tuscany at the Trident Hyderabad to celebrate a friend's birthday, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, we encountered numerous issues that completely ruined our evening. Firstly, the reservation desk gave us incorrect information. They had no idea what menu was being served that day, and we were misled into believing we could enjoy Italian cuisine. Upon arrival, we were informed that it was a Moroccan menu night, something that was never mentioned during the reservation process. This miscommunication was highly frustrating, especially since we had specifically chosen the restaurant for its Italian offerings. The service was equally disappointing. The waiter, instead of understanding our concerns, kept insisting that they couldn't make Italian food as it was a Moroccan-themed evening. We were repeatedly interrupted by staff who seemed more interested in explaining why they couldn't accommodate us than in providing a solution. This constant back-and-forth with the managers and waiters consumed our entire evening, leaving us no time to enjoy each other's company. Despite the apologies and the offer not to charge us, the overall experience was severely lacking. It was not about getting free food; we were willing and able to pay for our meal. What we wanted was a pleasant dining experience, which we certainly did not receive. These kinds of establishments often forget that customers raise concerns not to get something for free but to have a good experience. We left disappointed and dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend Tuscany at the Trident Hyderabad based on this experience. A birthday celebration should be a joyous occasion, but instead, it was marred by poor service and a lack of proper communication.

Absolutely Amazing experience we had yesterday! Staff was courteous and took good care of us. Breads were fresh and soft. Olive oil and vinegar did go very well the breads. Enjoyed Brushete with fresh avocado spread on the top. Had a great experience.
