I’d last eaten at town hall in 2019. We celebrated our son’s 18th birthday there. We’d loved the food & ambience. Then covid hit & after almost 3 years, we came back to Town Hall for a lunch meet up. Sadly, things weren’t as great as my last experience. Really slow service, mediocre food - they couldn’t even get my lime soda right after I complained about too much salt in it. It was a huge disappointment specially when you look at their prices. Maybe they don’t have all of their staff back. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt. I hope things improve because I’d like to come back again.
The place is full almost all days of the week. The food quality was good. The interiors of the place are well done as the bar looks amazing. The place gives you an old townhall vibe as the chairs and tables are matched with it. Overall a good place to dine and drink.

Town Hall at Gurugram serves a variety of Asian, Thai, Italian, Japanese cuisine. We went there as a family for dinner and had a wonderful time. We relished Monkey Shoulder Whisky, Saffron Blueberry, Roselle Fizz, Moscow Mule, White Irish for drinks with Indian Kebab Platter for Starters. For the main course we ordered Thai Herb Crusted Chicken, Filipino Barbeque and Roasted Spring Chicken. The dishes were well cooked, fresh, not spicy and delicious. They have a great collection at the Bar. They are spacious, with excellent rich ambience and décor. A delightful evening.
