My unpleasant experience at Sutra Gastropub. Cockroaches in the food and drinks are definitely unacceptable, especially during a corporate party. An unclean environment can ruin the mood and make it difficult to enjoy the occasion. help other patrons and potentially prompt the venue to improve its hygiene standards.

The place was sleepy at lunch time. Only four tables were occupied. There was only one waiter. The whole place was being dusted, cleaned by cleaners while people were having food which was a bit irritating. The service was very slow inspite of the thin clientale. Some dishes were unavailable as the kitchen had ran out of spices needed for those dishes. Ingredients mentioned in the menu were missing from the salad ordered. Chicken tikka duo and lamb seekh kababs were cooked well. Cost for two Rs 4000+
We as a group of 3 ladies went for celebrations over dinner. So the manager and staff doesn’t know what is GIRF and clearly they don’t have idea about what are different payment gateways and about Dineout Pay. The manager kept on saying that you cant club this offer with zomato pro while we tried to explain that we havent used Zomato pro and its Dineout. Pathetic customer service. If you cant allow customers to use apps like zomato and Dineout pay then dont list out your restaurant on such platforms. Staff and manager needs to be educated here and needs to be told how to talk to guest. Horrible experience.
