The Cakecity Patisserie

The cake delivered was not secured with a double sided tape and pvc film as others do. So it got damaged. They are blaming Swiggy where as it was their fault. Worst response from Mr. Sumit. Now we can not celebrate with this cake and have orders from other outlet. Will never order from them again.

One of the most popular dessert places in Gurgaon is the Cakecity Patisserie. It has 3 branches in total. The branch is in Galleria market and it is a beautiful little place with huge variety of pastries, cakes and cookies. We ordered Belgium Chocolate Hazelnut pastry, Apricot sunshine Mousse, Red Velvet pastry, Trio of Chocolate and Chocolate Cookies. Also, we tried Blueberry and Chocolate cupcake. And to my surprise, everything was delicious. I personally loved the chocolate cupcake and Hazelnut pastry. For offers and queries, contact management. Happy eating!

Worst experience ever. I work for an organization and have been ordering through them from past couple of months for all out birthday celebration. But this time I decided not to opt zomato and directly placed an order through a store near our Gurgaon office in sector 26. One of my college spot a insects inside the cake so we all preferred not to eat any further and most of it went to dustbin. Moment later when I called the store manager to inform them about the incidence he was too casual and then on his call back advised that this is not at all possible and tried to convince the insect might have entered later. But I am sure that was not the case and kept them explain that it's impossible to happen as it was his second serving so it might have been somewhere in between. Finally after a long conversation the were just sorry and offered 2 pastries instead. I ordered this 1.5 kg for the whole team and this incidence was a embarrassment for me as well as I order it all time. I asked for a full refund and kept explaining that these 2 peice of pastries are of no use to me as I didn't order for myself and they just spoiled the moment for everyone and one of them puked later. The saff is so adamant that kept denying it and kept telling that we will compensate if it happens again. They lost after 40 members who were part of this celebration. 2-3 pastries are of no use to me. And since last 3-4 days have done anything. Really sad to see how easy it is to say it was not fault. Would suggest better so for local backers if their standar it to loe.

They have yummy cakes which are not too heavy for your stomach and your pocket. delivered on time. Many varieties are available. I love the red velvet cake. must try.
