The Mango Pastry I received was rotten and spoiled, it is not edible at all, you have not only ruined my surprise for my fiancé but also spoiled my image in front of my in-laws. This is really not acceptable from a top rated restaurant on Zomato. I am a GOLD member of Zomato and still they provide me with such food quality and then did not even provide a proper customer service. This is highly unprofessional to play ignorant on Zomato’s part and a top restaurant like theobroma 😑
This is online order feedback from Theobroma. I have been trying them for a long time but today with the completion of my level I am writing my feedback. I would say they are very delicious and mouth-watering. Also, the packaging and looks of the box and cake were tremendous. The cake was very extremely moist and tasty. I have tasted mango, chocolate, red velvet cheesecake, and truffle. All of them are great. You should order from Theobroma.
Rude staff. Not customer friendly experience with me. Shopkeeper was least bothered to deliver the right product and told me to review as 1 rating as they have plenty other customers who appreciate their services. Shame
Never buy cupcakes from this place. They have frosting made of I don't know what but it is like a rock.. you can remove it like a piece of stone from above the cake and throw it at someone and it would hurt .. Lemon tart, the base was again super hard.. difficult to even bite into.. When complaint they said this is how we make cupcakes!! The best part about cupcakes are the frosting... If you also believe so, then stay away from this place, atleast from their cupcakes.
