Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy our time. A special thank you to Michael and the team, including Diego at the concierge and Johannes at reception, who made our experience truly unforgettable. Their attentiveness and professionalism exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and an atmosphere of pure comfort and luxury. Thanks to their efforts, we created memories that will last a lifetime. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning.

If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I would! From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. First, let’s talk about the bed—it was extremely comfortable, possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in after trying many hotels. It felt like sleeping on a cloud, and honestly, it made us rethink our plans. We ended up spending an entire day just enjoying the hotel instead of exploring the city! Our day of relaxation included a delicious breakfast, a refreshing workout in the hotel’s fully equipped gym, rejuvenating spa treatments, and a delightful dinner. The facilities are beautifully maintained, and every little detail seems thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort. It truly was a rejuvenating experience. The staff was absolutely top-notch. The concierge deserves a special mention for his vast knowledge of the city and surrounding region. He offered fantastic recommendations tailored to our interests and was always available with insights that only a true expert could provide. He made us feel well taken care of and ensured that any questions we had were answered with thoughtful advice. I also fell ill during our trip, and the team was incredibly accommodating and caring, checking in on me regularly and making sure I had everything I needed. They even honored all my preferences in the room, which was equipped with every imaginable convenience. Checking in and out was a breeze, with smooth processes on both ends. This hotel truly exceeded all expectations.

Under new management (the original owners sold the business to their cousin the chef). Therefore, the quality and price are the same as before the pandemic! Recommended.

My family use to come here all the time, the food was delicious and portions were good. Ever since new management took over, its ashame how bad it’s gotten. They’ve removed some of their most popular dishes and everything else is just slop. 2 of our guests couldn’t even stomach to eat their entrees. We ordered a “love boat” for two of sushi and Sashimi… what a joke. $60 and you got 1 sushi roll and some small pieces of fish. On a plate! No boat like you expect to see at most Japanese restaurants.. it was a $60 appetizer at best. I give 1 star for the quality of the sushi (for now) Over all, it’s really sad how bad it’s gotten when it use to be so good. Unlikely that we’ll be back anytime soon.
