Stepping into Kaansa, a contemporary restaurant with a progressive colonial-era vibe, feels like a journey back in time. This charming dining destination prides itself on crafting regional favourites that evoke the nostalgia of old times. The royal architecture and decor pay a beautiful tribute to our rich history. Upon entry, one can see talented performers creating beautiful regional music. Our culinary experience was elevated by a specially curated 5-course chef's tasting menu, brilliantly executed by Chef Jaskaran and Chef Vineet. Their innovative twists on traditional dishes were truly mesmerising. Our host, Dhruv, ensured we were comfortable and enriched our dining experience with his deep knowledge of food and its preparation methods. His insights into the nuances of the dishes added an extra layer of appreciation. Kaansa is more than a restaurant, it's an expression of the essence of Indian cuisine and its diverse influences. The heritage bar pushes the boundaries, adding to the overall experience.
