The original PDH of Rajouri. These guys have perfected the art of making choley, right amount of masala spice catering for all. Tried the Amritsari Kulcha in chur chur form, that was divine with the choley along with Lassi, Yum stuff. Highly recommend all their dishes, try to keep your cholesterol in check please but who cares when you are in Rajouri, go with the flow. Place has relocated on the main road from their previous place on the side road that goes towards Rajouri shops, used to go there 30 years ago, lot has changed since. Recommend this place in the top 5 eateries of Rajouri given its a vegetarian only place says a lot :)
Prem Di Hatti in Rajouri Garden is a good choice for lovers of Punjabi flavors. Famous for its chur chur naan, the crispy, buttery layers stuffed with a variety of fillings like paneer, aloo, and mixed vegetables are a true indulgence. Served with creamy dal makhani, spicy chole, and a dollop of tangy chutney, the meal is hearty and satisfying. The portions are generous, and the prices are pocket-friendly, making it a great spot for family outings or quick meals with friends. While the seating is basic, the quality of food more than makes up for it. If you're in the area, don’t miss this gem for an authentic taste of North Indian cuisine!
Had lunch on 18/Oct/2022 The place is next to the Rajouri Garden Metro Staion on the service road, overlooking the main road going towards Najafgarh. The menu is punjabi and is limited to naan/kulcha and chole bhature. I have tried the Aloo Pyaz chur chur naan plate ( half with 1 naan) priced at INR 80/-. The price being little on higher side, the plate comes with pickles/salad and an coompliment dish which can be a choice of rajma/chole/daal. The naan is served hot with butter and the taste is awesome. It has teh typical punjabi farvour to the taste and place. You may try this place along with family or friends looking for authentic tastes.
