“Restoran Pull in Tallinn offers a dining experience that’s truly worth the Michelin recommendation. Nestled in a stylish, industrial-chic setting, the ambiance perfectly complements the creative, expertly crafted menu. The dishes showcase a fusion of traditional Estonian flavors with modern culinary techniques, featuring high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. The highlights of our meal were the tender, perfectly cooked duck breast and the inventive vegetarian options, each plate artfully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, offering insightful recommendations that enhanced our experience.
We came here for dinner on a Monday night and enjoyed dirty steak, duck, baked potato, tartar, hummus and soup. The dirty steak, soup and duck were excellent. The tartar had sriracha which was a little odd and the hummus was so salty. The atmosphere was pretty main stream, nothing special but nice enough and service was very average. There are 4 better options in Tallinn that I would recommend before I would recommend Pull.
Group of 4 people, we were enjoying all the courses too much to take any photos. Cozy atmosphere and good acoustics. There were plenty of options in both the starters and mains menu (for vegetarians too) + very interesting sides, even though we are a group of picky eaters due to allergies/intolerances. For starters we had chicken liver pate, dirty steak and jerusalem artichoke soup. For mains, we had marble steak, iberico pork, salmon and pike perch. We tried all potato and sweet potato sides and taboulleh. Every single dish was perfect and nicely presented. Easy to share accross the table. The marble steak was cooked perfectly and melted in the mouth. They also offered lovely bread before starters. For dessert we were too full and satisfied but decided to share the deconstructed napoleon cake which was delicious! Drinks and service were perfect as well. We had a lovely afternoon and already made plans to return and thought about what we would like to try from the menu next time.
This restaurant is in a little stoned area of Tallinn, pretty in the evening. It is not that big but holds around 50. Most importantly the food and wine are delicious, well chosen, well prepared. The salmon and the duck extremely tasty! We were there with a large group and service was great too.
