KFC lakeside Doncaster. Food ok,but service very slow, staff more bothered about getting Uber eat deliveries out than actually serving customers in store. Witnessed a member of staff attempt to throw a sauce into one of the bags out for delivery and miss,the sauce slid across the floor, he picked it up and , I thought he was going to put it on the bin but he didn't, he put it straight into the box on top of some ones chicken and chips!!!!! Definitely will not be visiting again!
This outlet on this Saturday lunch time was poor. No serviettes. Used trays piled high. Litter on restaurant floor. Wet floors in dirty toilets. So much ice in drink that there was barely a drink there. Now charging 50p per sauce portion when self ordered by touch screen. It was a busy time, but they should plan and staff accordingly. There were actually plenty of staff milling around. Too much focus on the drive through and not enough care focussed on eat-in customers who are on foot from the nearby shops.
