Stayed at Suzhou Pake Hyatt for a weekend. Staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is designed beautifully. We’ll definitely revisit and stay at park Hyatt again!
Compared to EU hotels, this place is out of this world for its price. Relatively affordable for EU tourists. Hyatt displays lively rooms with fashionable furniture and designs. Extensive breakfast buffet and a very modern swimming pool!
The receptionist, Vivian Wu, is a nice lady, she would answer all your query promptly during check in process.
Front desk Staff Yvonne Zhuo and Grace Qian are thoughtful and professional. They've been taking good care of us during the stay. They arrange a nice room and decoration set up with wine and cake. The hotel design contain Chinese element, very beautiful, the swimming pool is impressive. Breakfast didnt have much option and kinda boring if you stay for couple days. Overall the hotel staff show passion about their work and we had a good stay there.
