Here to experience and checkin to this tourist must visit restaurant. Famous for Suzhou dishes and no lack of patrons. Food is largely decent but service staff can smile more to create a more pleasant atmosphere.
Food tasted okay. A little more expensive due to its location which we can understand but the service seriously needs to be improved. Service crew is not smiling when taking order. Also banging the Teapot on table after refilling water. There’s better local food with better service at a cheaper rate elsewhere.
We had a wonderful evening dining in Su Yan. We are celebrating my girls’s birthday that night. Mr Churchill, our server make sure that we had a good time. The food, ambience and the service was great. We will definitely go back again if we are in Suzhou. The surprise decoration with balloons makes a happy birthday girl. Recommended 👍
The menu offers a wide selection of exquisite dishes, with something suitable for all tastes. All in all, SuYan restaurant in the W Hotel in Suzhou provided us with an unforgettable dining experience. The attentive staff and exquisite cuisine made for a perfect Valentine’s lunch and I would highly recommend it for any special occasion.
