Definitely a must go in Shanghai. We ordered an onion soup, a croque monsieur and a beef haché. Everything was really good and well prepared. There is much care in this place. Will definitely come back in my next trip to Shanghai.
I visited Polux by Paul Pairet last night in the heart of Shanghai and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, and the ambiance is cozy. The service was efficient and friendly. The food was very good, with the octopus being a standout dish.
wow!!! what an experience. Expensive! but so worth it! truly amazing! all senses are tested to the extreme! certainly highly recommendable!
We (family with children) went there on a special occasion... I won't discuss the cost as it's a known figure and as in any restaurant, you know it before you go. We're quite used to 3 michelin starred places in Europe and Asia, but this is not only next level, but also next gen. Of course not all plates please your palate the same way, but it's an absolute treat, an amazing experience, and Collin "The Host" made our experience a very remarkable one. It's a very private and luxurious show, the cooking techniques employed are world class, as is the service. A true masterpiece. This diner alone was worth the entire trip !
