Located in the heart of Bijie, Jubaoyuan Hot Pot Restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience that’s both vibrant and authentic. With a solid Google rating of 4.4 and a TripAdvisor rating of 4.0, it's clear that diners appreciate the fresh ingredients, particularly the lamb and beef, which can be refilled non-stop, making it a great spot for gatherings. The ambiance is casual and welcoming, perfect for families, friends, and couples. While the service is reported to be efficient, it can feel a bit robotic at times. The hot pot experience here is enhanced by the ability to customize your meal with a variety of fresh vegetables and dipping sauces, creating a communal dining experience that locals love. However, be prepared for a Chinese-only menu, which adds to the authenticity but may challenge non-Chinese speakers.

Chose a set for 10 people and some of the lamb and beef meat items could be refilled non-stop. We all had a super full supper. The meat tasted fresh and only needed 10-15 seconds in boiling water to be ready for eating. Desserts were just mediocre. Service was fast and efficient though.
Value for money, fresh lamb. You can eat with budget of RMB100pp. Halal certified by local authorities. But be prepared to order via QR code… Staffs are unfriendly & work like a robot responding to system. Don’t expect additional help.
The selection was good and many. Dimsum takes time to be replenish. Drinks are good and many. Seats are comfortable. Bday celebrant is free with 1 paying companion
Went to celebrate my boys (partner and stepson) birthday. There's only two option for soup (Chicken soup and Spicy). They limit the sliced beef by 1 plate per person where in we could go back as much as we want (doesn't make sense knowing it's a buffet!) Didn't offer much dessert, only available during our visit are halo-halo, cake, brownies and 2-3 types of fruits and ice cream. Serving frozen squid and other frozen seafood. They don't have romain or lettuce. Limited types of vegetables. Encountered dead crab. Worst is the thong, can't even handle the food we want to grill, was curious if they are aware of it. Not recommended at all. Not coming back for sure.
