Food was good! But their staff was so pushy. We went for lunch on a weekday and there was just one more group in the entire restaurant. The staff kept on pushing us to order even though they knew we were waiting on some people and then right after we finished our lunch, they kept on pushing us to order dessert.
Soi 71 offers a spacious, beautifully designed fine dining space with various seating areas, each with a unique vibe and interior. The Sizzling Prawn was a standout—delicious and perfectly cooked. The Duck Red Curry, however, missed the mark; it didn’t have the authentic red curry flavor or richness. Fish Cakes and Wontons were decent, and the Butter Cookies were a pleasant surprise to end the meal. One thing that would elevate the experience is soft instrumental music, which was noticeably absent and would have complemented the ambiance nicely. Overall, Soi 71 is a solid fine dining experience with room for a few tweaks.
Food is excellent! Decoration and environment is awesome! Very attractive place for enjoy Thai and Continental foods.
Excellent food and service, very tasty. Very pleased we found this place on work trip to Dhaka. Great portions of very tasty Thai food, good value. Me and my colleague were very impressed and certainly keen to get back if opportunity arises. Very happy customers
