The dining experience was consistently poor, with several issues that significantly impacted the quality of the food. The service was subpar, and we received only one of the three Nun dishes we ordered after finishing our main course. The remaining dishes were also of poor quality, lacking flavor and being excessively priced. This was the most disappointing dining experience I have ever had.

I am very disappointed with their food. May be my previous experience with them was good that's why.. or may be they changed chef... Ordered mutton kofta biriyani... Rice was flavourful, but kofta was horrible.. it was hard and too much chewy...laccha porota was very hard, curry of mutton kosha was good but they gave 3 pieces of bones which was disappointing, if I am paying 1100+ for this dish...lacchi and mint lemonade were the only good things there. Shahi tukra wasn't like shahi tukra you usually eat..it was like sweet from sweet shop..but it looked like shahi tukra though....overall..atmosphere is great, service was good....but food was a big let down. Good parking is available inside.

We entered the premises at 2:15 pm. It was almost empty. We ordered pasinda kabab, daal makhani, chicken tikka and butter chicken with butter naan. First, the attitude of the staff was very cold and indifferent. When the waiter asked us kitchen was going to close shortly we realised why the staff were not so eager. Our late lunch made them upset. Even the person at the reception made no effort to greet us or even acknowledge when we were leaving. Food is okay fare. However, the butter naan was more like fried parata. Not the soft, naan you would expect. And it was the first time I tasted a ‘sweet’ daal makhani. Sadly, the best items was the free papar and mint chutney. I felt the quality had dropped since the last time I was there. I would not recommend Lucknow to anyone unless they improve the attitude of their waiters and staff. Patrons do not visit eateries just for the food. They want to feel appreciated and privileged. That is what makes customers return.

One of the worst service ever. The food taste was horrible and inspite of precise taste instructions, we received the routine. The waiters were not friendly and could not understand menu and instructions. Their supervisor came and took feedback nd left immediately for his break without serving us the food.
