One of the oldest renowned Italian restaurants at the city center. However, they haven’t put in much effort over the years to keep up the standard in terms of food, service or ambiance. The entrance got a renovation, which is a complete mismatch with the main part of the restaurant. The music was bad/inaudible. We could only hear other guests talking. The food was quite good though. Grilled squid: 9.5/10 Garlic bread with cheese (they served it with butter though): 7.5/10 Mushroom steak: 9/10 Mediterranean spaghetti: 8/10 Tagliatelle alla Alfredo: 9/10
Spaghetti Jazz has lasted the test of time. Love the posters as they are a reminder of the past. They were part of the decor at SJ in their old building. Price is high but food is good. Atmosphere is the best
Went for a dinner at Spaghetti Jazz, ordered Shrimp cocktail which was good. Then we both ordered Pollo ala Pastora which was also good. Side dish was mashed potato and vegetables. Don't know about other dishes but these two dishes were very good. Recommend them.
Spaghetti Jazz is my go-to place for a quiet dinner, especially with my loved ones. There aren't many places in Dhaka where you can get a nice candle-light dinner these days and this place is the best. Be sure to try the Pollo Ala Pastora!
