Beautiful Sea View and Great Food! This restaurant on St Kilda Beach is a gem! The view of the ocean is stunning, especially at sunset. I had the grilled barramundi, which was fresh and full of flavor, and my friend loved the seafood linguine. The staff was friendly and service was quick, even though it was busy. The outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying the view and relaxing. Highly recommend for a great meal with an amazing sea view!
I ordered steak and lemonade. Food: the steak is normal, not perfect, but the roast was made the one I ordered. Steak was prescribed 500 grams - about 200 grams is bone, meat is problematic to get and there is a lot of fat. Lemonade: actually it's a sprite, disappointed. Service: for such a level of restaurant, I would like better service, water was not brought, it was immediately indicated that the order was placed outside only through a qr code, no napkin was brought. How to pour lemon and not get dirty, think for yourself. Tips for the service were not worked out at all. I would also like to add that I would like a sharper knife for such a steak and roasting. Atmosphere: I think it's more comfortable inside. There is a strong wind outside, flies. (I can make a discount , maybe it's okay for someone). I'm not coming back here anymore.
3rd visit , absolutely fabulous, couldn’t fault anything at all , 10 out of 10 all round , congratulations people , you have nailed it again, only visit once a year from Queensland and you are always consistent, wonderful
We had a friend’s special celebration. Service was haphazard. Food was good although after waiting 55 mins between ordering and receiving it we were ready to eat. When we queried it we were told “ you should have ordered entrees”. We did have a diabetic on our table and so it was important that they received food after taking their medication- we did not expect such a long wait.What really annoyed as was been asked to vacate our table ( tables of same size nearby were not asked to leave) whilst we were drinking our coffees. We did and watched from the bar our table sit vacant for the next hour. We felt inferior! The two tables adjacent continue to sit on theirs for the next hour. No fair Bread was offered - did not know it was not complimentary. We did enjoy our lunch - and had two courses, coffees and wine - but the general condescending attitude left a poor impression. We may not reconsider returning.
