Kisumé was fantastic. All of the dishes were absolutely devine. The only call out was that we were quite disappointed to find out the recommended wine was $80 a glass (without notice). Do better, Kisume 👎🏼
We were recommended Kisumé by some friends. My partner and I came here on New Year’s Eve for a meal and The food was perfection, every dish had an amazing range of flavour and it was really fresh, followed by great service through a busy period. The resteraunt has a great atmosphere and was worth every penny! We will be back. Thank you for making this such a perfect evening!
The staff were good, playlist & environment terrible- not private enough. Average food- not as fresh as expected. Sorta hungry after.
Dear Kisume Management, We are writing to express our disappointment with the recent experience we had with your restaurant. We had made a reservation one month in advance, and within a week of the reservation date, we were suddenly informed that our booking was canceled. It appears that a more profitable function took precedence over our reservation. Such treatment feels like a double standard and is highly unprofessional. We understand that events and functions can be significant for business, but it should not come at the cost of disregarding prior commitments to other customers. We had been looking forward to dining at Kisume, and this experience has left us feeling undervalued as customers. We hope you can understand our frustration and take steps to ensure that other customers do not face similar issues in the future. Good luck with your business, but please remember that customer trust and satisfaction are paramount.
